What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up all my winter lip balm and was looking for something to use next, so I chose this one. I looked at reviews and found it to be a good choice. I used it as a lipstick base, and it kept my lips moisturized for about four hours in a cold store. That's plenty! A small amount is enough to moisturize without rubbing it in, so it seems like good value for money. It's been a while since I've used it, and I'd like to buy it again.

It's moisturizing, the smell of the ingredients isn't bothersome, and it has a nice faint vanilla scent. It's also soft enough to melt on your lips, but it's not so runny that it goes in your mouth, and it's not sticky. However, the moisture doesn't last as long as Blistex's Medlip. It also wears off quickly.
Lip balm is a necessity all year round. Since I started using this, I feel like I need to apply it less often. It's simple in appearance and I love the color blue, so it's my favorite haha
It's great that it's not too sticky and moisturizes well! I also like that the applicator opening is angled, which makes it easy to apply!
