Take an appropriate amount of eyebrow base onto the provided thick brush and blend onto the eyebrows and the skin around them. Take an appropriate amount of eyebrow product onto the provided thin tip or thin brush and fill in any shadows around the eyes or missing parts of the eyebrows. Take an appropriate amount of eyeliner onto the provided thin brush or thin tip and fill in the thin lines of the eyeliner and the end of each eyebrow.
