What it is
The conditioner, which contains natural ingredients, is a smooth milk type that wraps around the ends of your hair. Massage into your scalp to promote healthy hair growth. The scent is a blend of relaxing essential oils, including lavender, lemon, geranium, rosemary, holy leaf, and orange.

How to use
After shampooing, thoroughly dry your hair before use. Take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply it to your entire hair. Leave it on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse lightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have thick, curly hair. I get it straightened every six months. I've had the opportunity to use this and the Nanocare hair dryer, and the shine and control after drying were amazing, so I decided to buy this one, which is more affordable, and I realized that it was all thanks to this shampoo and conditioner. It's not harsh, and the scent isn't too strong, so it's great. It doesn't lather well, so it's hard to tell the right amount, but I'm very happy with the results, so I plan to use it as much as possible.
I like the natural lavender scent. It doesn't feel like it protects your hair much, but the instructions say to "massage your scalp for 2-3 minutes, then rinse lightly," so I can safely leave conditioner on and massage my scalp with the GEMMATSU brush, which is another reason I chose this product. In addition to lavender oil, it also contains scents like lemon, rosemary, and bergamot, so I'm hoping it will help me sleep better.
It came in a Bloom Box. The shampoo didn't lather very well, but it did make my hair feel softer. The scent was relaxing.
Only sample evaluation. It lathers well and has a nice herbal scent. It leaves a moisturized finish. It's a bit pricey, so unless I really like it, it's hard to continue using it.
It came in a BLOOMBOX, so I tried a sample. It didn't suit my hair, and I didn't feel anything particularly special about it, like it moisturized or smooth, so it was disappointing. After researching, I found that it was more expensive than the average shampoo and treatment sold at drugstores, so I was disappointed because I had high hopes for it.
