Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's stylish and easy to use. It's not as difficult to throw away as other people have said...it shaves to just the right thickness.
I bought a Make Up For Ever lip pencil, but the lead would break if the sharpener wasn't the right fit, so I bought the genuine product. It was my first time using a sharpener, so I was a little scared, but it was the genuine product after all. It sharpened the pencil easily without breaking. Yes, it has a good sharpness. I personally think the shape is a little eccentric, but it's not decorative and is easy to maintain. It seems like it can sharpen other pencils too, so it's probably worth buying one.
I recently bought the Make Up For Ever Artist Color Pencil and Extreme, so I decided to buy this one too. Of course, it sharpened the Make Up For Ever pencils cleanly, and I also tried sharpening pencil-type lip liners from other brands with this, and they came out clean without any issues. I was a little worried about the price for a pencil sharpener, but I'm glad I bought it.
I like the shape and ease of use. It also looks cool.
