What it is
Prepare your skin before applying makeup. A new, professional secret item that instantly transforms tired-looking skin into vibrant skin. Hyaluronic acid, which is rich in moisture, creates a film that protects the skin surface, and makeup adheres firmly to this film, resulting in a more beautiful finish. Hyaluronic acid can retain a lot of moisture, preventing dryness and smoothing the skin. For plump, firm skin, the collagen formula gives you fine, firm, plump, youthful skin. Argan oil, rich in vitamin E, gives you smooth, firm skin, resulting in vibrant skin.

How to use
Applying 1-2 pumps to bare skin instantly moisturizes and gives skin a healthy glow. Before applying makeup, your skin needs moisture, not oil. By preparing your skin with just the right amount of moisture and a healthy glow, your makeup will go on more smoothly.

When I was purchasing Matte Velvet Skin, I mentioned my concerns about flaking around my mouth, and this was recommended to me. When my skin was extremely dry, I used two or three drops, but now in the summer, I can cover my entire face with just one. The push-type formula is a bit of a pain, but it makes me feel like I'm using a department store serum, which gets me excited. It's not something I absolutely have to use, but since I can get by without a primer and it doesn't feel harsh on my skin, I haven't found a replacement, so I'll give it a try for a while. If I had to point out one drawback, it's the smell, which I really don't like. It's supposed to be fragrance-free, but it smells kind of dusty, or like the ingredients. While this is proof that it doesn't contain any unnecessary ingredients, if this were improved, I'd recommend it even more.
It instantly moisturizes and conditions the skin before applying makeup. I've heard that it doesn't last as long as the HydraBoost primer, but I didn't notice that. It's non-irritating, so I love it. It's low in oil and the bottle is small, so it can be used to touch up makeup.
After using a few samples, I purchased the full-sized product in December 2018. One drop is enough for the entire face, leaving it feeling soft and supple. It does remove dullness, but the moisturizing effect was average, not as good as I expected. Since you only need a small amount per use, it lasts longer than I expected. I considered buying it again, but I'm considering other products I'm interested in.
I apply this at the end of my skincare routine to seal it in. When I bought it, the beauty advisor told me that the trick is to let it soak in a bit after applying it (after the slimy feeling has subsided) before moving on to the next step. I actually feel that if I use it like that, my makeup adheres better and doesn't come off as easily. I didn't want my skin to be dry, but I also didn't want it to come off either... so I found this and I'm very happy. The amount is small, so I'd be happy if they came out with a larger size.
It's like sealing in your moisturized skin. When you apply it, your skin becomes noticeably more radiant and feels better. It evens out your skin, making it easier to apply foundation.
