Frequently Asked Questions
Is this authentic?
Yes. Every item is bought from an official seller in Japan, or direct from the brand for pre-orders,
never from resellers or grey market stock. Counterfeits and grey market listings are a real problem in
Asian beauty online, and buying only through official channels is how we rule it out.
What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.
Orders of US$75 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Your exact shipping cost is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days
Actual delivery can be affected by customs clearance, seasonal congestion, or carrier delays in the destination country, all of which are outside our control.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this after seeing it frequently used in Hiro Odagiri's makeup videos. Before using this, I used Shiseido's KATANA FUDE eyeshadow and eyeliner. While the KATANA FUDE absorbed powder well and was good in its own way, it was difficult to draw a sharp line. This brush has stiff bristles, so just placing the tip of the brush on the eyeshadow and drawing it lightly applied it evenly. I also have the ability to blend with small movements, making it the ultimate brush for applying eyeliner. My face doesn't tolerate the so-called "big-eye makeup," so dark eyeshadow colors, especially those considered to be "highlighting colors," really don't look good on me. I also struggled with eyeliner, as it would look out of place if I drew it too thick. However, if you use this brush (previously KATANA FUDE) to quickly apply a dark eyeshadow color to the base of your upper lashes and the outer corner of your eye, leaving about 1 cm of the line, and then blend the end of the line, and then use liquid eyeliner to line the outer corner of your eye, as if you are adding lashes over the eyeshadow, it doesn't look strange and it makes your eyes look bigger (this is just my opinion). You can also use a colorful eyeshadow (such as pink) instead of just a dark color for the eyeliner on your lower lid to create a stylish look. It's a little pricey, but I recommend it because it makes makeup fun!
I had been interested in this brush for a while, and I bought it when I took advantage of the points bonus. Until now, I had been using a cheaper brush. I use this to apply the intense shade of NARS eyeshadow to the edge of my eyes, and it applies the color beautifully. I wish I had bought it sooner.
I use it to fill in the gaps between my lashes and to line the outer corners of my eyes with dark eyeshadow. It's very useful because it gives you a thin, pinpoint application of color exactly where you want it, and it has a firm texture that gives it a strong color payoff.
I bought it hoping that even someone as clumsy as me would be able to easily apply eyeliner. Hmm. It ends up being a thick line. It's quite difficult. I need to practice...
I use it for Anastasia gel eyebrows. It's soft and gentle on the skin, yet has just the right amount of firmness to draw beautiful lines. I'm sure it would also be good for applying color to the edges of your eyelashes. It's a bit heavy, but that's okay since I don't carry it around with me. It's such a good brush that I'm thinking of buying another one for eyeliner (though I rarely use eyeliner, so it's not a high priority). Not only is it of good quality, but it's also simple, matte black, and has a cool design! I love designs like this.
