This stick-type massage oil with a warming effect improves blood circulation and leaves skin firm and soft. It contains natural ingredients such as arnica flower extract (skin tightening ingredient), volcanic ash natural stone powder (skin conditioning ingredient: rhyolite powder), poppy extract (skin smoothing and moisturizing ingredient: corn poppy extract), and lavender oil with a relaxing scent.

How To Use

Turn the container to dispense about 5mm, press it onto the area of concern, and massage it in. *Applying toward the lymph nodes (orange circle in the image on the left) is recommended. *It is also recommended for use after bathing or when your skin is warm. Massaging improves blood circulation and loosens the neck, shoulders, and legs. *Use before and after exercise, or to massage your body if you feel heavy.

It's getting colder and I've been having trouble with stiff shoulders, so I bought this. It's not like applying this will get rid of the stiffness in your shoulders, but after I got it, I stretched my shoulders a little and it felt a lot better. I'm glad I bought it!
