Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is my first oil lip product, but it's great! It's perfect for the coming season, and the citrus scent is soothing. I've used a variety of LaLaVie products, but I've never had a bad experience. It looks cute, too. I want to use it not only before bed, but also as a base for colored lip products.
It blends well with your lips, so it feels like it's wrapping them in moisture, and I think it has great moisturizing power. The scent isn't too strong, so I think it can be used daily. I'm glad I bought it!

When I put this on and go to sleep, my lips are moisturized in the morning!! Some people say it's sticky, but I don't mind it that much. If it feels like this, it seems like it could be used to prevent dryness during the day!
