Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is an excellent eyebrow pencil that doesn't fade until the evening and doesn't come off even when you sweat. It doesn't run out easily, so I think it's good value for money. It applies color with light pressure, so it's easy to draw with. I was using this product and was about to run out, so I tried to buy one from the drugstore, but it was too hard and didn't work. I haven't found anything more comfortable to use yet, so I'm buying it again.
For me, it's the best because it doesn't come off easily and is easy to apply. It also lasts so long that it lasts for years (lol). There aren't any pink shades, so I hope they release one.
