How to Work It Into Your Routine
1. When first using, press the dispenser 2-3 times, then spray an appropriate amount (3-4 times) into your mouth. 2. Spread the spray evenly throughout your mouth, then spit it out. We recommend using it about once every 2 hours.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: We ship all orders DDP (duties delivered prepaid) which means that we handle all the import and custom duties on our end and nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected by us. Please note that all local charges are your responsibility. Unfortunately, there is no current system that allows us to handle this on your behalf from Japan.
