How to use
When using for the first time, press the pump several times until the contents come out. Take a small amount in the palm of your hand and apply it to your entire face. The recommended amount for one use is 4 to 5 pumps (approximately 1mL). <Precautions when replacing> - Do not throw away the cap and pump of the main container as they will be reused. To maintain quality, be sure to use only the pump for Kanebo On Skin Essence V. When using Kanebo On Skin Essence V (refill), replace the cap and pump of the main container of Kanebo On Skin Essence V. Do not transfer the remaining contents to a new refill container. For hygienic use, do not wash the pump and use it as is. When replacing the pump, be careful not to get the contents on the opening of the refill container.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample, so I used it. The texture was similar to Lancôme's Généfique Ultimate Essence Lotion. However, this one seems to penetrate the skin better. The scent is also very soothing. I used it with Kanebo's Fusioning Solution Cream in Night, and my skin felt great the next day. I've always liked Lancôme, but I think I'll switch to them next time.
It's a shame that the cost performance of this winter lotion isn't that great.

I've always liked watery lotions, but after a skin diagnosis at the store revealed that my skin was dry from the inside out, I decided to try this one on Suzykirei. At first glance, it has a lotion-like texture, but Kanebo's lotion and lotion are both in one bottle, which is convenient. After consulting with another product and other people, I decided on this one. It contains serum and makes my skin feel soft and supple. I want to keep using it, but it's expensive, so I'm hesitant.
