Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I often get irritated by body soaps, but this one doesn't irritate my skin and I'm glad I can use it consistently! I also tried using it to wash my face, and it didn't make my skin feel tight.
My family received a large number of pouch samples and are using them, so I'm reviewing this product. I knew about it, but I've rarely seen it sold in drugstores. It seems to be sold mainly at prescription pharmacies. It's reasonably priced, and it feels quite rare. It's colorless, transparent, and fragrance-free. The ingredients are simple enough that you can follow them from start to finish. It doesn't take too much like a soap bar, and there's no sticky residue like soaps with lots of ingredients. The texture is looser than commercial body soaps, and it doesn't lather well. It's good for the face, but not enough for the body. However, as the saying goes, "eat until you're 80% full," and this lack of satisfaction is just right for sensitive skin.
I really appreciate the simple formula and the fact that there are no drawbacks. I can use it when my skin is rough or prone to allergies. I don't have any issues with irritation or dryness. When I used the sample a long time ago, I didn't notice anything in particular, and since it has no scent, I didn't really notice anything. However, as I've gotten older, I've had the opportunity to use it again, and my impression has changed. I've bought it in bulk and have been using it for years.
