Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I didn't like the scent, but it did have a moisturizing and hydrating effect. I'm happy with the product, so I'm still using it.
I won this product in a giveaway. The pump is easy to use and, as advertised, it is very moisturizing, but not sticky, making it very easy to use.
It's been a while since I last bought this skincare product, and I'd like to repurchase it. The bottle design, scent, and feel were all excellent. I don't care if a skincare product has a scent, but this one has a rose scent that I like. It's not sticky and has just the right amount of moisturizing power. It's light and moisturizing. I have dry skin on the inside, but I feel like it properly moisturizes the inside. One pump dispenses a small amount. The texture is a bit viscous, but it blends smoothly into the skin. I pump two pumps into the palm of my hand at a time, and the liquid doesn't drip down my wrist. I first started using this product after receiving it as a gift, but I definitely want to buy it in person.
I'm writing a belated review. I received this as a gift from Suzykirei a while back, but I had just bought a lotion and several other bargains on TV shopping (lol) before this arrived, so I finally got a chance to use it. It's very moisturizing. I apply one pump twice, blending it into my entire face. It goes well with the Ci:Labo all-in-one I use after this, and it doesn't leave any residue. It has a floral scent, but personally I prefer unscented, but it fades quickly, so it's acceptable. As an aside, I saw on Ishihara Satomi's show that applying lotion in a circular motion helps it blend into the skin's surface, so I try that.
For several weeks, I've been trying out the remaining samples I've received. Among them, Prior's lotion and emulsion were by far the best, with a great feel, penetrating the skin and leaving it feeling moisturized. Since my target demographic is people in their 50s to 70s, I'm looking for something that suits that age group, but if I can't find anything, I'll probably buy this.
