How to use
Please be sure to refill into the Prior Medicated High Moisture Lotion (light and moisturizing) container before use. After washing your face, pump twice into the palm of your hand and apply evenly. <How to refill> (1) Hold the container and turn the pump to remove it. (2) Hold the spout and remove the cap. (3) Insert the spout firmly into the container and pour slowly. (4) Insert the pump into the container and close it tightly.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The product says it uses two pumps, but I split it into two separate uses, one pump at a time. It's easy to use because it's a pump and dispenses just the right amount. I wonder why it feels tight when I apply it to clean palms, like after a bath? It feels tight even on bare skin right after washing, which is a bit uncomfortable. So I apply it by pressing it into my palms. It doesn't feel tight the second time, so the first time is always a pain. My skin feels moisturized immediately after use, without any stickiness, which I really like, but the tight feeling is what's making me wonder if I'll buy it again.
I was originally using this very moisturizing version, but it was sticky in the summer, so I switched to the light and moisturizing version. As the name suggests, it's not sticky, but it still feels moisturizing enough. I'm worried about dryness in the winter, so I'd like to use the light and moisturizing version in hot weather and the very moisturizing version in cold weather.
It blends well with the skin and moisturizes it.
I was using the Prior Mask-in Lotion in the very moisturizing version, but it was too thick and difficult to absorb, so I tried the lighter, more moisturizing version. It's light, yet very moisturizing. If you like watery types, this might not suit you. It feels like it remains on the surface of your face for a while after use. That's why I use it without lotion. I prefer to apply a lot of watery types, so I think it would be better if it was a little lighter, but it's good in terms of moisturizing.
