Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample size of this when I bought something. It left my skin feeling refreshed and slightly moisturized. It has a thick, clay-like scent. If you work it up carefully, it creates a rich, creamy lather. It seems like it would be easier to use something to lather it up. It left my skin feeling refreshed, which was a good impression.
I bought this after being recommended it in Shin-Okubo as it is good for exfoliating skin. It leaves my skin feeling very refreshed.
I tried the mini size. It's impressive that even the mini size comes with a facial cleansing net. It's a whitish soap. The scent is milder than I expected, with a slight Korean herbal scent reminiscent of ginseng, making it easy to use. It lathers very well, with a fine, smooth lather. I think the foam is light and fluffy. Washing your face gently with the fluffy lather puts less strain on your skin, making for a gentle cleansing experience. It has good cleansing power and leaves a refreshing feeling. My skin felt moisturized and not tight after washing. This is one soap I'd like to continue using.
It's designed for summer, but the algae don't go away easily after use, so I use it in winter too, and my skin feels a little tight. However, I can use it without any irritation, so I feel comfortable using it.
It has a rather strange scent, and even though I use it every day, it's hard to get used to it. I used my regular foaming ball to lather it up. It lathered well, and produced a lot of coarse bubbles. I then gently massaged my face with the foam. After rinsing it off with lukewarm water, I felt a squeaky sensation. Even after a while, my skin didn't feel tight, and it seemed to be very moisturizing. I also used a foam pack every day for a few days. My skin felt moisturized and slightly brighter. I'm really looking forward to seeing what my skin will look like when I finish using it.
