How to use
Do not use for any purpose other than its intended use. Do not use if you have any scalp abnormalities. If you experience any abnormalities such as a rash, sores, redness, or eczema, discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. Do not press the product too hard against your scalp as this may damage your scalp. Please be careful as forceful combing may cause hair to tangle. Also, children and those with thin hair may be prone to tangling, so handle with care. If the product becomes deformed or damaged, discontinue use immediately. Do not handle roughly as this may cause deformation or damage. Do not bring the product into the bathroom. If it gets wet, dry it in the shade thoroughly. If it gets dirty, wipe it with a dry cloth. When using the hair dryer, do not hold it in place and move it gently while blowing air onto it to prevent it from getting too hot. Keep out of reach of children. Do not store near open flames, in direct sunlight, or in hot, humid places. *Since this product is made of wood, it may become deformed due to water or humidity.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
