Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use No. 1. My lips tend to dry out easily, but this Phyto Lip Twist doesn't dry them out so much, which is great! The color isn't too strong, which is nice.
No. 11 is Sisley's no-irritation formula. It's a light shade, but I like it. It sticks out if you have a small bag. It creates vertical wrinkles, but I don't mind.
The color is as it appears, making it a must-have for those who love bright lipsticks! I recommend it for cool-toned summer skin tones who don't like dull colors. Foreign brands have a lot of bright colors, which is great, and they make your complexion look healthy. After moisturizing with lip balm, apply it only to the inside of your lips and blend it in to create a natural, flushed look.
I'm a cool-toned summer skin tone, warm-toned spring skin tone (self-diagnosed). I used this after my rosacea symptoms had subsided. I received some samples of this lipstick as part of a promotion when I bought Ecological Compound at the Sisley counter. I use it as a lipstick base and also when my skin feels dry. It's very moisturizing and feels great. The color of the 16 balm doesn't seem to be tinted, but it does make my skin look a little healthier. I'm a skin-friendly person, and I've been able to use it without any problems.
