Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's amazing! I mean, if it wasn't amazing, I wouldn't buy it at this price (lol). The Hair Ritual series is the best! This straightening type leaves hair feeling silky smooth. However, compared to the other series (numbers 1 and 2), it lathers the least. Therefore, it runs out strangely quickly. It's a shame because I like the finish, but I plan to use numbers 1 and 2 once summer is over.
I bought this to use at home as well as during a head spa session. I love the scent and it leaves my hair feeling so smooth.
