Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I thought it was great! But when I came to write a review, I saw that I had criticized it harshly... It seems that it has been improved! The flexibility of the brush is simply amazing. It has just the right amount of softness and length. It's easy to draw thick or thin strokes. I will continue to use this product from now on.
The brush type seems to be the most comfortable to use.
I bought this because Kate's liquid eyeliner was sold out. I like the liquid type because it doesn't smudge like the pencil type. It takes practice and effort to get a nice application, though. It's cheap and great value for money, but I prefer Kate. It's long-lasting, but the film-like line tends to break apart over time. Touching up liquid eyeliner requires skill. Pencil eyeliners are the norm these days, so I don't mind using them as long as they don't give me panda eyes. It's hard to find a product like that, and I want a deep black finish, so I always choose the liquid type.
I'm so impressed! This was my first time using Chifure cosmetics, and I had no idea they were good at makeup, so I had no expectations, but they were clear and didn't give me panda eyes until the evening. And for this price! I love the bold lines I get with liquid eyeliner, but even expensive foreign department store cosmetics often lack the strength of the brush, resulting in smudged lines, so I've been making do with Bobbi Brown gel eyeliner for a long time. However, this product has a firm tip, so it doesn't smudge when you apply it, and you can draw a thick line in one go. I'm deducting one star because I prefer a darker shade of black, but the product itself is perfect. It's made me suddenly interested in other Chifure products!
I recommend this to anyone who wants to draw a thicker line. I used it by applying a generous amount of the liquid and spreading it over my eyelids. It doesn't have the scratchiness of pen-type products, and once you get used to it, it's stress-free. It doesn't smudge, and it's easy to draw on the outer corners of your eyes, but the liquid color tends to float, which is a bit of a problem. I would buy it again if it had a more subdued texture...
