Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have acne-prone skin and have always been averse to creams, so I bought this as an eye cream, specifically for my eye area, where I'm prone to dryness and breakouts. Speaking of Avène, hand cream is now a staple for me, so I chose this cream from Avène, a brand I trust. It feels great. I use it morning and night, but at night I prioritize reliability and go for a thicker, more sticky formula. It's moisturizing. During the day, I apply a thin layer and then layer on powder for a soft, moisturized look. I think applying a wrinkle-fighting serum before the cream will allow the eye cream to function as a seal. It's just the right size, and overall it's easy to use. It's especially useful in the winter. I think continued use will lead to better results, so I'll keep using it for a while (trying to use up the whole bottle).
I bought this to combat rough heels - it's a smooth cream that spreads easily and is very comfortable to use - I wish I had started using it sooner! I recently saw it featured on a TikTok live stream, so I bought it and it was great! I'll definitely be buying it again, and it's great value for money and cheap, so I have no complaints!
It was great for protecting my hands in the winter! I feel like it lasts longer than hand cream once applied.
I bought this to prevent dry, cracked fingertips. I have extremely dry skin, so it leaves my hands feeling smooth and moisturized without feeling sticky. The mineral oil and beeswax create a film on the skin that repels water. However, the smell is a bit strong. I'll use up the whole bottle.
