This formula contains active ingredients to prevent chapped, dry, and cracked lips, along with natural ingredients such as Avène thermal spring water**, beeswax, shea butter***, and squalane****, which provide a long-lasting seal and protection against dryness. It provides long-lasting moisture. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought this because I wanted something that would moisturize my lips well during the cold winter. It feels hard on the skin. I wish it was a little smoother, but the moisturizing power was very good.
A regular lip balm that moisturizes your lips. I like that it has a large application area.
The product is fairly firm and sturdy. It doesn't have much of a smell, so it doesn't get in the way. I thought it would be good to use before going to bed.
