I've been using Avène since I was in high school. I have sensitive, dry skin due to atopic dermatitis, and a friend recommended Avène to me, so that's how I started using it. When I was younger, I could get by with just this one bottle and not have dry skin. Now that I'm almost 50, I haven't used it for a while, but with the dryness this winter, I've been feeling like I want to apply lotion first after taking a bath, so I recently bought it again. My body gets very dry in the winter, so I use it morning and night before applying body cream. It's a spray type, so it's easy to use. My dryness is better than when I don't use it. I also found that applying it to my scalp after a bath before drying my hair helped improve my dandruff.
