What it is
Cold cream ingredients* create a resistant wrap on the skin surface, locking in moisturizing and active ingredients to prevent rough, cracked, and chapped hands. Contains Avène thermal spring water**, a hypoallergenic formula, and is fragrance-free. *Moisturizing and protective ingredients: thermal spring water (tap water), beeswax, mineral oil (liquid paraffin), **tap water (skin conditioning ingredient).

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's very moisturizing. I also like that it's fragrance-free. I think it's great for everyday use. I'd like to apply it thoroughly and continue to care for my skin.
It's nice and not sticky! I've always disliked hand creams because they tend to be sticky, but I started using hand cream because I was worried about rough hands. This one doesn't feel sticky if you rub it in thoroughly. It has decent moisturizing power, so I recommend it to people who don't like sticky skin but want easy care.
My hands get rough all year round, so I've tried all kinds of hand creams, from drugstores to department store brands, but this is my number one! It's great value for money, effective, non-sticky, and the best.
