What it is
"Confort Velvet Cream" is a day and night cream for sensitive skin that requires special care. For over 15 years, Sisley has offered two face creams in its "Confort" series: one for daytime use and one for nighttime use for dry to very dry skin. Now, incorporating a new ingredient extracted from delicate and rare saffron petals, we have developed an innovative* formula that combines the functions of the two previous creams and can be used morning and night. During the day, it protects the skin from external irritants and maintains moisture, while at night, it cares for the stratum corneum, balancing moisture and oil levels for healthy skin. Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
