Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Personally, this is my favorite hairbrush. (I have waist-length hair that's normal volume, slightly thin bristles, and tends to tangle easily.) The first brush I bought (so long I can't even remember how many years ago) is still in use. Even so, as I cleaned the dust that had gotten caught in the gaps between the bristles, the bristles gradually started falling out... There are no stores in my area that I can buy it from now, and I was a little... no, really sad to lose it, so I bought another one. For now, I'm using it as a spare, lol. Maybe it's the grip of the handle, but it just "fits perfectly in your hand." This comfortable feel contributes to a stress-free experience, making the already frustrating task of "combing your hair," a little easier, lol. I'd probably agree if it had a catchphrase like "ergonomically designed..." It's so easy to use, and I love it. The decorative design also reminds me of the basics of beauty. I love it and use it for all those reasons.
I find it extremely useful as it can smoothly comb my daughter's tangled hair, even though she is an elementary school student. Of course, it's also great for adult hair as it doesn't snag easily and has just the right amount of cushioning, so I love it.
It's so cute. It feels good to use. I think the brush is a little stiff. I wonder if it will soften a little more with use. I think I'll get addicted to it. This is because it's well-made, but preferences may vary.
