How to use
Before first use, remove the cap and inner lid. With dry hands, take an appropriate amount (one heaping scoop of the provided spoon) and spread it over your entire face, blending it into your makeup. Afterwards, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. We recommend using Rosette face wash after cleansing.

Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It removes makeup thoroughly without leaving any tightness. I received a sample a while ago and remembered how good it felt to use, so I decided to buy the full product. Balms take up a lot of storage space, so I'd be happy if they came in a tube type.
I love this product so much that I hope it never gets discontinued. First of all, the texture melts with the heat of my skin, so I don't feel any friction at all. I love this texture, and the cleansing time has become a treat for me. And it removes makeup perfectly. What I'm particularly impressed with is that when the blackheads on my nose feel rough, I just gently massage it in before washing my face in the morning, and they're gone in seconds. However, the volume is small, so it can be a bit of a pain in the wallet. But this cleansing balm is one of a kind, so I keep buying it. I highly recommend it and want everyone to try it.
The balm's characteristic smooth melting sensation removed makeup well. It didn't leave any residue after rinsing, leaving my skin feeling refreshed, but I felt like it didn't dissolve completely. I don't use balms often, so I can't really compare it to other balms, but it didn't leave any particular tightness, so I thought it was easy to use.
It melts immediately when applied to the skin and blends easily with makeup. It thoroughly removes even heavy makeup without rubbing. After washing, it leaves the skin feeling moisturized without any tightness.
I like all the Yumemiru Balms. I honestly can't tell the difference between the colors, so I use them depending on my mood.
