Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I purchased just the case to refill powder from another brand. It had to be a net-style case, and although the simple Orbis was also a consideration, I decided on this one for now. The main body is about 8cm in diameter and 4cm thick, which is about average size for a powder. It comes with a puff of just the right thickness and a stretchy net-style inner lid with a transparent film. This film acts as a divider, which is a nice little addition. If you don't need it, you can just throw it away. It's easy to use, and I've successfully revived the powder I'd been putting off because of the case. I wish each brand sold just the cases like this.
It has a luxurious feel. It's very easy to refill. There's also a thin film on top of the net. Many products don't have a film these days, but I think it's better to have one. I put a refill of Etvos UV powder in it. The puff was thick and had long bristles. I prefer Chacott puffs. I'm glad I bought it.
I was looking for a container that could hold loose powder from other companies. I mainly use this at home and don't carry it around with me, so I'm not sure about powder leakage, but I'm glad I bought it because the simple logo and black packaging are nice.
It was a powder that was neither good nor bad, just safe, but also a hidden gem. It seems best to apply it quickly with a brush. The scent was the usual Kanebo scent.
