After toning your skin in the morning and evening, take one spatulaful and gently blend into your skin. (One spatulaful is roughly the size of two pearls.) If you are applying makeup, use a slightly smaller amount. If you are particularly concerned about dryness or dullness, take two spatulasfuls and massage them into your skin at night, then go to sleep. [How to Refill] Do not remove the seal around the mouth until you are finished refilling. 1. Remove the cap and ring from the used Sekkisei Herbal Gel container, insert a coin or similar object into the recess on the back, and gently twist to remove the inner container. 2. Place the refill into the used container. Press firmly vertically. 3. Peel off the seal around the mouth. Pull up on the knob to remove. Finally, replace the ring and tighten the cap. Do not transfer any remaining contents from the previous container into this product. After use, tighten the cap tightly and store the spatula by inserting it into the hole in the ring.
