What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like that the lotion penetrates well and there is no fluffing. The lotion also penetrates well, so I would like to purchase it again.
I don't really like it because it's thin, but I buy it because the box is small.
It's large and easy to use. I use it to wipe. It does get a little fuzzy, but it's comfortable to use.
I use cotton pads from brands like cle de peau BEAUTE, DECORTE, ALBION, SK-II, and KANEBO. I happened to receive this one, but I wasn't particularly impressed. Also, because it's thin, it tends to flake easily when I use lotion beforehand, making it difficult to handle, so I won't be buying it again.
Each cotton pad is large and easy to wipe with. The cotton itself is lint-free, so lotion soaks in easily and it's easy to use. It also seems like it would be easy to make a cotton pack.
