It's moisturizing and doesn't cause any problems even on dry lips (although I recommend applying it after applying to wrinkles, as the whiteness can become more noticeable). It's quicker to remove than the long-lasting lipsticks you often see these days, but since I like to reapply it multiple times and keep it looking beautiful, it's not a problem.
