How to use
Wet the konjac sponge thoroughly with water and massage gently into your skin. After use, rinse the sponge lightly with cold or lukewarm water, gently squeeze out the water, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels smooth and my pores seem less noticeable.
After removing makeup and washing my face, I gently rub the foam onto my skin. It leaves my skin smooth and I feel like the pores on my nose are less noticeable. When you open the bottle, it's hard konjac, but when you soak it in water, it becomes a bouncy sponge. It doesn't feel rough, it's bouncy. I store it in the refrigerator after the second time, so using a chilled sponge feels great. I don't use it every day, but occasionally when I want to refresh myself. I also feel like the lotion penetrates well. I'd like to try the charcoal and mandarin orange products from the same series.

I had the impression that konjac sponges were a hassle to use, requiring soaking in water before use, or getting moldy if they didn't dry properly, but after use, I put them in a Tupperware container and store them in the refrigerator. They're convenient because they're still soft and ready to use! They can also be used on the body, so I use them when washing my face and taking a bath. It's not a product that specifically gets rid of blackheads, but it leaves my skin smooth after use, so maybe it gently removes dirt? I'll use it for a while.
