Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

When I used it for the first time, I was impressed by how well it absorbed into my skin. My friend who I recommended it to also became addicted to this cream.
I like the feel of this cream. I feel like there are a lot of creams that are always slimy or sticky, but this one is moist and I could use it during the day at work. However, I could hardly smell the frankincense.
It's moisturizing and has a faint cypress scent, so it's very comfortable to use. Even when you first apply it, it's not sticky at all, and I was surprised at how it absorbs into the skin so easily, just like water. This hand cream is the epitome of elegance.
The rounded appearance is so cute! MAKANAI's design is simple and delicate, and very beautiful. The texture is just right, not too thick or too loose, and it feels mysterious when you spread it! It blends in smoothly, but it also wraps around you like a veil, I don't know how to describe it. I wondered what the scent of frankincense was, but it's like cypress! It's not a typical floral scent, and the faint scent fades quickly, so it might be good for people who prefer unscented. Also, you don't have to turn the container very often, so it's easy to use! It's quite a hassle to turn it around, so I'm quietly happy about this.
It had a faint scent. I wish it had more of a scent, but I think it's good for people who want something that can be smelled when you sniff it in the office. It lasts a long time, so it's very moisturizing. I use it for night hand care.
