How to use
Take an appropriate amount, aim it at the top of your head, and shampoo by gently massaging it with the palm of your hand. <How to use the pump> * When you first start using it, hold (1) in place with your hand, turn the nozzle (2) in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and empty the pump several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not rise, firmly tighten (1) and hold it in place with your hand, then turn (2) again.) * The notches on the pump head (3) and the notches on the side of the bottle are markings for the shampoo.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought it to use when I went to the public bath.
The scent was subtle and the texture was decent. I'll wait until I've used it up before deciding whether to buy it again.
My hair is dry but my scalp is oily. Why is that?
I bought this product with 30% points back, and it's a good size for a trial, even for travel. I've bought this size product several times from Suzykirei shopping, and this one was cheaper than the other trial products. I have a lot of hair, and even though I have long hair, 10g is enough, so it's good value for money. The scent, lather, and ease of use were great. I have bleached hair, so I wonder if Damage Repair is right for my hair. I won't know the effect until I use it regularly, but... I won't be replacing it anytime soon, but I'd like to buy this product again for travel.
I love both the rose and peach scents, so it's perfect for a relaxing bath. It lathers well and is easy to wash off. The moisturizing effect is neither good nor bad.
