How to use

Take an appropriate amount, aim it at the top of your head, and shampoo by gently massaging it with the palm of your hand. <How to use the pump> When you first start using it, hold (1) in place with your hand, turn the nozzle (2) in the direction of the arrow to raise the head, and pump empty several times until the contents come out. (If the head does not rise, firmly tighten (1) and hold it in place with your hand, then turn (2) again.) The notches on the pump head (3) and the notches on the side of the bottle are markings for the shampoo.

US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.

Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
