What it is
A cleansing cream that washes with luxurious skin care ingredients that retain moisture, removes makeup and sebum, and polishes your skin to a translucent bare skin. How to use
Take a cherry-sized amount onto your fingertips and place it in five places: your chin, both cheeks, nose, and forehead. Spread it over your entire face, blending it well with makeup such as foundation and any other impurities on your skin. Then, gently wipe it off with tissue paper, being careful not to rub your skin too hard. *You can also rinse it off.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It doesn't come off as smoothly as balms or oils, and double cleansing is required, but there's no other makeup remover that leaves your skin feeling as soft as this one. It's a great product that removes makeup while also providing skin care without drying out your skin. It's expensive, so maybe I should use it once or twice a week?...I want to use it every day, but...it's good. The scent is also soothing, so I'm very satisfied.
Until last year, I received a mini size as part of my Liposome subscription, but the contents changed, so I finally bought one. Cleansing products that cost over 10,000 yen are hard to come by... Just one use leaves my skin feeling plump and soft. It becomes crumbly as you spread it around, but then becomes transparent in the end, which I thought was easy to see and liked. The pouch sample is 3g, and the product itself is 150g, so I guess I can use it about 50 times. It should last about four months if I use it three times a week, but it's comfortable to use, so I think I can stick to three times a week...

AQ Meliority Repair Cleansing Cream ¥11,550 (tax included) A word of caution: It leaves an oily film after cleansing, so I don't recommend it for those looking for a refreshing feeling after cleansing! My experience: I took a cherry-sized amount and massaged it all over my face, spreading it around and rubbing it in. A few flakes came out! This is probably a sign of tired skin! It's also said to be effective at removing oxidized sebum, and while you can wipe it off after massaging, I personally prefer to rinse it off! It does leave an oily film, but more than that, it leaves my skin feeling soft and supple, almost like I've applied a serum, and it leaves my skin feeling as supple as after a spa treatment.
