Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels moisturized and toned. I hadn't been taking proper care of my skin until now, but since using this product, my skin feels better. I've only been using it for about a week, but the scent is nice, so I'll continue using it.
I was recommended this product when I consulted with Suzykirei about my skin (especially acne and redness), so I bought it along with the cleanser and lotion. Like the cleanser, I saw results in about two weeks. I especially liked the whitening effect. It also smells nice. However, I personally felt the amount was small for the price, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.

It has a light texture and I love the scent. I apply it directly to my face, rather than using a cotton pad, and warm it up a little before applying. I'd like to try other products in the line.
