I wish I'd found this sooner. I'm impressed. It adheres perfectly to the skin and, as the name suggests, leaves behind an elegant sheen. The texture is firmer than the liquid foundations in the same series (obviously), but it's still lighter and spreads better than regular concealers. I believe it when it says it has high coverage. I've been using Shu Uemura's Unlimited Concealer until now, and no matter how thinly and evenly I applied it, I was always bothered by dryness and creasing, but this product has solved all that. I wouldn't recommend it for those looking for full coverage, but I still think it's useful to have one on hand. I'll almost certainly be repurchasing it.
I use Luminous Silk Foundation No. 2, and this was the perfect color. It's light and doesn't smudge, so I think it'll be great for the coming season.
It's smooth, spreads easily, and doesn't feel thick. I don't want to apply too much, so I can just apply it to the areas I want to correct. It was difficult to choose the right shade. Maybe it was a little too bright?! I'll try to find a way to use it better.
I bought color 4.5 because I wanted to cover dark circles. Since I have brown eyes, it didn't completely hide them, but it did cover them to a certain extent without feeling thick, so I'm pleased with the decent finish. It doesn't break down easily and doesn't cause the common evening eye crease. I recommend this for those who want a natural-looking coverage without putting too much strain on the skin. It's not suitable for those who want complete coverage of their problem areas. If I have one complaint, it's that the tip is large, making it difficult to adjust the amount for pinpoint application or to add just a little more coverage. I wish the fluffy tip was a little smaller, or a brush type that you can twist to apply the product.
I was surprised at how large the tip was for a concealer meant for spot application, but I think it's just the right size if you want to cover a large area or use it as a foundation.
