Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

My skin feels softer.
I was suffering from redness and rough skin, and this was recommended to me as being good for sensitive skin, so I bought it. It has a light texture and isn't sticky at all. I'm also using other serums, so I wasn't sure about the whitening effect.
I bought it because it is said to have a whitening effect. I'm not sure about its effectiveness, but since it's summer now, I think that if I adjust the amount, it doesn't feel sticky and provides just the right amount of moisture. I'm not sure if I'll buy it again, but I've been really impressed with Predia products lately, so I'll keep using it up and hope for results.
I used it the night I bought it, and when I checked my skin in the morning, the roughness around my nose that had been bothering me had decreased. I plan to use it again.
I was recommended this product when I consulted with Suzykirei about my skin (especially acne and redness), so I bought it along with the cleanser and lotion. I saw results in about two weeks. I especially liked the whitening effect. The scent is nice, too. However, I personally felt the amount was small for the price, so I don't think I'll be buying it again.
