What it is
Cell Water, a pre-lotion formulated with natural silica water, enhances the effectiveness of your skincare routine. It can be used on the face, hair, and body. Natural silica water and Satsuma mandarin peel extract support collagen development in the skin and hair, promoting excellent penetration and plumping the skin's texture. Applying it to your skin after cleansing enhances the effectiveness of subsequent skincare products. It tightens hair cuticles, leaving hair smooth and shiny. Natural silica water is sourced from Lake Towada in Aomori Prefecture and is also used as a beverage. . No unnecessary additives! Fragrance-free, colorant-free, petroleum-based synthetic surfactant-free, paraben-free, tar-based pigment-free, synthetic polymer-free, mineral oil-free, ethanol-free, oil-free, and silicone-free. *The product name and packaging have been updated from "Skin and Hair Rice Water." The contents are exactly the same.

How to use
After washing your face, spray an appropriate amount onto your skin and allow it to absorb before applying lotion or serum. If using on hair after using a product containing silicone, the silicone and silica may react and cause squeakiness, so we recommend using a silicone-free product in combination. It can be used on dry or towel-dried hair.

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
