(Restocking) Embryolisse Hydra Serum, 30ml

This serum is my go-to! It's surprisingly thick, so I take two pumps and apply it mainly to my neck and décolleté... and then I apply the rest to my whole face. That's just the right amount.

I tried a pouch sample I received from Embryolisse. It's a thick, slightly yellowish, cloudy gel-like serum. It's alcohol-free and paraben-free, so it doesn't irritate my skin and is moisturizing, but the scent... I'm not sure if it's the "Nymphaea Alba Flower Extract" that's included as a moisturizing ingredient, but it does have a floral scent, but it also has a strong, stinky smell that's unpleasant to use. There are so many good serums out there, so I don't think there's any need to go out of my way to choose this one.

A must-have for dry skin! Since I started using this, my autumn dryness has disappeared. My skin gets extremely rough and flaky during the transition between spring and fall, and in winter. Using this serum in conjunction with Philaderm Moisture Cream has improved my skin's suppleness. I especially like this serum. At night, after applying toner, I apply two generous pumps, spreading evenly over my entire face. I layer on a thicker layer on areas that are particularly dry. I also apply it around my eyes. I apply the rest to my neck. Finally, I finish with the aforementioned cream. In the morning, I apply one pump. Since I apply the aforementioned cream and CC cream after this, I apply a thin layer. It still moisturizes. It does have a scent, typical of organic cosmetics, but I don't find it bothersome. Until now, Couleur Caramel's makeup base alone had been enough to solve all my dryness, but unfortunately, it was discontinued... (sobs) After searching for a moisturizing product, I finally found this one. When I originally purchased a mini-sized Philaderm Moisture Cream from the official online shop, they included a sample so I could try it out, which was very helpful. While the Moisture Cream does provide some moisturizing, this serum is much more hydrating. I've been using it for a week now, and there haven't been any changes to my skin, and the dryness has steadily improved. If the moisture continues even if my skin gets even drier, I'll definitely buy it again. I recommend it for those who suffer from dryness and have sensitive skin.

It has a translucent, smooth texture. It spreads easily, so even a small amount can be used on the entire face. It feels sticky after application, but settles down after a while, leaving the surface smooth and fluffy. My skin is on the oily side, but I found it comfortable to use without any stickiness. However, I think the lack of stickiness is due to the dry season right now. It may be too heavy for summer. My biggest concern was the scent. It's reminiscent of orchids and lilies, and is quite strong and doesn't fade easily, so those sensitive to scents should be cautious. I received a sample and used it. I've used many serums, but this is the first time I've tried this texture. It's thick and translucent, and when I spread it on my palm and put it on my face, I was surprised by the strong scent. Is it the scent of an older woman I remember from my childhood?
