What it is
Contains three types of vitamins (C, E, A) and tranexamic acid to help maintain even skin tone. Vitamins E and A moisturize, supporting smooth and clear skin.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I started using it to prevent dark spots and to prevent dryness.
I couldn't find it at my local variety store or drugstore, so I bought it online for the first time. I have continued using it because it seems to make pigmentation less noticeable.
I feel like the spots are fading a little. It's non-irritating and spreads easily.
I bought this product because it was very inexpensive for treating dark spots. The contents are a soft cream, not sticky, and have almost no scent, so it's easy to use. It says it's a quasi-drug, but I didn't feel any irritation or stinging. However, you can't really see the effects of dark spot care cosmetics until you've used them for several months. I've just started using my first bottle, so I'm not sure yet. I'll report back once I've finished the first bottle!
I used up the whole bottle. It wasn't irritating, spread easily, and absorbed smoothly. After application, my skin felt moisturized and comfortable to use. However, there's nothing that would make me want to buy it again. I usually cut the tube open at the end and use it up, but with Shimi Ace, I was surprised to find that there was no cream on the wall of the container.
