Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love it because it moisturizes the skin but doesn't leave it sticky.
Because it's a gel, it's not heavy or sticky and provides plenty of moisture, making it perfect for when you're concerned about the balance of sebum and oil. While it's not particularly moisturizing, it did suppress redness and acne, and I felt a very strong soothing effect.
I can't even count how many I've bought. I've been using it for ages. It's incredibly comfortable to use. It's not too sticky, but it locks in moisture so I can use it all year round. Niacinamide, which is often found in products for sensitive skin, can sting, but this Cica doesn't sting, even when my skin feels like plastic, so it gives me a whole new sense of security.
Even when I try other creams, I always come back and have bought about six bottles in total! I absolutely love the feel, moisturizing power, and scent. The texture is not sticky and spreads easily, which suits my combination skin perfectly! It can also be used in any season, making it the perfect cream for your final daily moisturizer. Small pimples and other imperfections disappear the next day after applying it. ◎ I continue to use this and my skin feels more moisturized. I definitely recommend anyone with combination skin to try it at least once!
It's great!! When my skin is sensitive, when I'm busy and it looks like it's going to be sensitive, or when I don't feel like taking care of my skin, I just put this on and it gives me peace of mind. It doesn't sting even when my skin is rough, and it's effective when my body is irritated from sunscreen, so it's an essential companion when my skin is prone to sensitivity.
