ORBIS Glow Skin Compact, 34g

Both the highlighter and blush were great products, giving a natural glow. I usually prefer highlighters that aren't metallic or contain glitter, so I use Laura Mercier's Matte Baking powder highlighter, which has a natural glow. Recently, on busy mornings, I've been applying blush and highlighter directly without a powder primer, so I was looking for a balm-type product and found this one. I was considering a similar product from THREE, but this one seemed to have a more subtle shimmer. Orange-colored blushes often look dull, but this one is bright and glossy, so it didn't look dull. Balm-type cosmetics tend to lose their quality more quickly because they contain more moisture than powders, but this one doesn't come in too large a size, so it's a good option as it will likely be used up quickly.

I bought this when it was on sale. It seems to be a blush primer, but I use it exclusively as a blush. The color payoff is muted, so it works well with heavier makeup around the eyes and mouth. It has a subtle glow and a dusky rose color that blends well with the skin, creating a natural flush. The highlight is a cream yellow, which also doesn't stand out against the skin. I apply it with my finger to the bridge of my nose, C-zone, inner corners of my eyes, and my chin. A quick application creates just the right amount of dimension. It's very easy to use. It's not bulky, and it comes with a mirror, making it convenient to carry and for touch-ups. I'll probably buy it again once I run out.

It was cold when I stuck my arm out to take the photo, and I ended up with goosebumps. Apologies for the photo. Both the cheek base and highlighter are light in appearance. But they give my skin a radiant glow and give my face a more three-dimensional look without accentuating age-related concerns like pores, wrinkles, and rough skin texture. This is just right for my age. Apparently, you can use the cheek base on its own, or layer it over other blushes to create a base. I think this highlighter will be my favorite for a while.

This is actually my second one!! I wanted something portable, with blush and highlighter, and a mirror, and this was it!! I actually prefer the Three one, but it's a little big and doesn't fit in my purse, but this size does!! I love how minimal it is!! I wish the blush was a little more pigmented, or if it came in a different color, but...! But I really love it ^ ^
