How to use
Please be sure to perform a patch test before use. <Patch test method> Apply the cream to the inside of your upper arm. Leave it on for about 10 seconds, then gently massage with your fingers in a circular motion for about 20 seconds. If any flakes appear, lightly brush them off with your hand. Leave it on for 24 hours. If any abnormalities such as redness or irritation appear in the applied area, discontinue use. 1: Apply to clean, dried skin. 2: Take an appropriate amount in your hand and apply to the area of concern. 3: Leave it on for about 10 seconds, then gently massage with your fingers in a circular motion for about 20 seconds. (Be careful not to rub too hard.) 4: If any flakes appear, lightly brush them off with your hand. (There is no need to rinse with water, but any remaining flakes may stick to your clothes.)

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
