Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
It's interesting that you can use it with both the mesh side and the cotton side. I also like that the packaging is compact.
I bought this together with the Clear Treatment. It's a special cotton pad, so it's easy to use. The opening is large, so I'm concerned about hygiene, so I keep it in a separate storage case. It's large and doesn't tear easily, so I thought it could be used for other purposes.
It has a smooth side and a mesh side, so you can use it for both purposes, which I thought was convenient for me since I want to take care of my skin in a short amount of time.The size was just right too.
I bought this to use as a lotion wipe. The mesh part traps dirt without irritating the skin, so it feels great to use.
The mesh surface prevents dripping and makes it easy to use. I use it to wipe off lotion and it's comfortable to use. The size is small, so I personally prefer something a little larger.
