Use on skin after washing your face in the morning and evening. Take the amount (approximately 1mL) that comes from pressing the dispenser twice into the palm of your hand, and gently slide it from the inside to the outside of your face to spread it evenly. Cover your entire face with your palms and hold them there for about 5 seconds while exhaling quietly through your mouth. For best results, change the position of your hands and apply to about 3 different areas, such as your cheeks, forehead, and around your eyes.
