Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's moisturizing and leaves your skin feeling supple. One pump is supposedly the right amount, but I use two pumps and spread it from my neck to my décolleté. It also has sunscreen properties and moisturizes the skin. Using it after your lotion also saves time on makeup.
This is my second bottle. It doesn't irritate my skin, and applying sunscreen or foundation on top of it doesn't cause any flaking. On days when I'm not going out, I just dust powder on top. It's stress-free to use, so I think I'll continue using it.

One pump dispenses just the right amount, making it easy to use. It's moisturizing, so even if you apply powder foundation afterwards, it won't smudge. It also has a nice scent.
I have sensitive, thin skin, so my cheeks turn red easily from heat or friction. I won this as a prize at a company social gathering and started using it, and now I'm back with a second bottle. It's highly moisturizing and leaves my skin radiant. I prefer a dewy complexion over a matte finish, so this is perfect. It lasts about a year. I used to just apply it to my face without thinking, and it seemed like my face was getting whiter, so now I apply it to my neck as well. I pump one, apply about half to my face, and the other half to my neck. It spreads easily, so I think one pump is enough for my entire face. However, it's expensive, so I hesitate to buy it every time. But I feel like there's no substitute for this product. I've never experienced the stinging in my eyes that other people have mentioned.
