What it is
This medicated heparin hand cream combats dryness. It contains the same active ingredient, heparinoid, as the popular Hirudoid. (Note: Hirudoid is a trademark or registered trademark of Maruho Co., Ltd.) Heparinoids are said to be the "savior of dry skin," strengthening the skin's barrier and helping the skin retain moisture. Until now, heparin-containing products were almost exclusively pharmaceuticals, but NALC has now successfully commercialized it as a quasi-drug. Unlike pharmaceuticals, no prescription is required and there are no side effects. Its mild effects make it ideal for daily use. Furthermore, because NALC is a cosmetics brand, we have focused on creating a texture that is comfortable to use, unlike pharmaceuticals. Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
