How to use
After shampooing, squeeze out excess water from your hair. Scoop a generous amount of the &honey Deep Moist Hair Pack and apply it from mid-lengths to ends, working it through evenly. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes — the longer it sits, the more it penetrates. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Follow with the &honey Deep Moist Hair Oil on damp hair for a smooth, glossy finish. Use at least once a week for best results.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used up the whole bottle. It's described as a "moisture-retaining booster hair pack that you use between shampoo and treatment, allowing the moisturizing ingredients to penetrate deep into your hair," so I bought it, thinking it would be a convenient way to care for your hair in the bath. This is my first time using a &honey product. I have long, thick, medium-strength hair. Honestly, I felt like the moisturizing power was a little lacking. It's light and easy to use. The scent is a mix of honey and floral, and not overpowering.
I've been using it for years now. I love how it leaves my skin moist and smooth. I'll keep using it.
