What it is
Contains "Sakuran™," a natural polymer that forms a pseudo-barrier film on the skin, as well as "moisture barrier ingredients" that target the source of the stratum corneum barrier. It effectively prevents moisture evaporation from the skin while blocking external stimuli such as dust and dirt in the air. It penetrates deep into the stratum corneum barrier, leaving skin fresh and healthy. <lll: Very Moist Type> This rich moisture redefines the concept of lotion. It contains a generous amount of extra-rich oil-in-phospholipid capsules. Recommended for those suffering from severe dryness, such as flaking and recurring rough skin. How to use
Take an amount about the size of a 500 yen coin onto your palm or a cotton pad and gently apply to your entire face. *In rare cases, some of the ingredients may settle, but this does not affect the quality. *After use, be sure to close the cap tightly. *Do not store in a high temperature location.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have sensitive skin, but after using a sunscreen that didn't suit me, I was suffering from acne all over my face, cracks around my mouth, facial pain, itching, and other symptoms, so I bought this! I bought product 3, and because it's not a thick texture, it feels moisturizing and absorbs quickly. After using it for about 2-3 days, my acne calmed down, and the scars faded within a week. Nothing I tried calmed my acne, so I'm really grateful to Exbaria... I plan to keep using different products from the series, using product 2 in the spring and product 1 in the summer. (I deducted one star because I wish it was refillable...!)
It feels like it absorbs smoothly into the skin. After application, the surface of the skin feels smooth, but not dry. I like the feeling that it penetrates deep into the skin.
I was searching for something to help with my redness when someone at the counter recommended the Dr. Phil product. Using it gently almost completely eliminated the redness, and the price was so reasonable even for the entire set. I was like, wow! But after buying the second product, the redness gradually returned. It's a skin-adaptation thing. Apparently, there's no such thing as skin-adaptation in Japan (or so I thought). Apparently, it exists in France. That's why my skincare routine doesn't become a regular thing and I can't keep it up. So, when I search for new skincare products again, I become a skincare gypsy. Apparently, if you don't apply the right amount of lotion, it can actually dry out your skin, so in the end, I just have to be consistent with my skincare routine... I don't want to waste time on unnecessary care. Also, the other day, I tried a face pack from another company that was supposedly good for sensitive skin, but I feel like it actually made my skin worse. There are many factors to consider when it comes to skin irritation, such as friction when washing your face, the temperature of the water, how hard you use your hands, the cleanliness of the puff, whether you use a primer, and UV rays. I guess I just have to keep trying different things to find the right product. Ah! I think all of the Exbaria series are great!
It helps rebuild the skin barrier!? I've been using it for five days now, and it's neither good nor bad. I don't feel it's very moisturizing, so I'll continue using it and add a review.
